In 2017, realizing a change in culture, a focus on continued growth, and the fact the company was MORE than just another engineering firm, the decision was made to rename and rebrand. The focus of the new name was to communicate a firm that offers full life–cycle services (design, testing and inspection) to private, state, and federal government clients. In addition, the new name would communicate an integration of the services provided by our three divisions: Engineering, Testing and Inspection Services.
The new ‘Encorus’ suggested a bringing together of many parts into a harmonious and functioning whole, while the new logo recognize the three divisions and subtly suggests a waving flag, a nod to the firms’s SDVOSB status. In addition, the shifting line weights were intended to communicate the idea of process and solution.
